Online Registration is compulsive to all the delegates. Registrations by telephone or e-mail are not accepted. If you meet any problems during the online registration process, please contact the Registration Service at registration@12igcc.com

  • After you complete your online registration, you will be unable to modify your personal information and registration. If you wish to change the registration category or cancel your registration, please contact the Registration Service at registration@12igcc.com
  • On-site registration rate will be available from 11  March, 2017.

 

Registration Process

Step 1  - Click the “Register Now” button above to register for the 12th International Gastric Cancer Congress (IGCC).
Step 2  - You would be required to fill up personal profile to create your IGCC 2017 Center.
Step 3  - You would be required to fill up the registration category.
Step 4  - Full payment must be received before the corresponding deadlines to benefit from registration rates. After you complete your online registration, please visit “My Page”. You can check the payment status of your registration at “My Page”. Payment will be changed to “Complete” within three weeks upon clearance of your payment.
Step 5  - A payment notice will be sent to the registered email immediately after registration is submitted. Confirmation of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail within 10 working days upon making the appropriate payment. Registration without appropriate will not be honored until the full payment is received.

Registration Policy:
  1. Regular registration includes: Congress Sessions, Exhibition, Welcome Reception, Congress Kit, Coffee Breaks.  Travel and lodging arrangements and other meals are the sole responsibility of the delegate and are not included in the registration fee.
  2. Accompany Person registration includes: Access to welcome reception only. Accompany person are not allowed to any scientific sessions and exhbition area. 
  3. Please note that registration is not complete and will be cancelled unless payment is received by the corresponding deadlines to benefit from registration rates.
  4. Participants within the territory of Mainland China are required to pay in RMB. Participants outside Mainland China are required to pay in USD.
  5. All bank charges must be paid by the registrants.
  6. Resident/Student, Nurse: Documentary proof MUST be sent to registration@12igcc.com and present the ID onsite. The registration will be processed only after the documentary proof has been received.
  7. When making the transfer, make sure to include the participant name and registration number. Please note that we received bank transfers with incomplete details, not allowing us to identify the source of the payment. If you have made payment by transfer, we strongly urge you to check and provide us with a proof of payment so that we can track the payment to your registration. Such proof can be send to registration@12igcc.com together with a scan bank transfer statement, registration number and your full name. After identification, your registration will be promptly confirmed.
  8. Registration fee includes lunch on April 20-22.

 

Cancellation and Refunds Policy

The IGCC 2017 Registration Service must be notified of a cancellation of the registration in written. The appropriate refunds will be made after IGCC 2017 Congress. All processing fees will be deducted from the refund. Cancellation fees apply to paid registration fees, as well as paid fees for social programme and optional paid items.

The following cancellation policy applies:
For cancellations up to 31 Oct 2016, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
For cancellations received after 31 Oct 2016 and no-shows, no refunds can be issued. But Substitute delegate is accepted at no charge. For delegate substitution, a written noticed must be provided to the organisers.
