Please kindly bring the instruction with your own barcode or fill in your registered mobile phone number to print your name badge in the Self Check-in Area (just on the right side of the entrance), and then collect the conference material at the Bag Distribution counter.

· Registered but Unpaid Delegates:


Please kindly provide your registration number and print Pro-forma invoice in Onsite Registration Area (just on the left side of the entrance), go to the Cashier counter for payment processing and then print the name badges, finally collect the conference material at the Bag Distribution counter.

· Onsite registration Delegates:


Please kindly complete your information and print Pro-forma invoice in the Onsite Registration Area (just on the left side of the entrance), go to the Cashier counter for payment processing and then print the name badges, finally collect the conference material at the Bag Distribution counter.

  • Please always wear your name badge to access all congress area. The badge will not be reissued if lost.
  • The certificate of attendance would be collected in the onsite registration area from the afternoon of 22 April.
